It can get a little hectic some mornings and it's easy to get out of the habit of making smoothies but we figured out a way to make it easier. Every month we gather supplies and separate them according to the recipes and bag them.We label the bags and write what else should be added to make it complete {ice, almond milk, etc.}. Then we stick them in the freezer until we are ready for them. Since there are two of us, we make double the recipes and it makes enough for us to share a smoothie every morning.
We have found four recipes that we really enjoy and I thought I would share them with you guys, along with our shipping list for a month of yummy smoothies.
