One of the biggest holidays of the year is in just a couple of days and I know I am pumped up. I can't wait for the creamy mashed potatoes, juicy turkey and delicious stuffing.. And don't even get me started on pumpkin pie. Yummy!! This Thanksgiving will be my best one yet because some of my family is here visiting. In Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving in October (same day as Columbus Day in the US) so to have family here for US Thanksgiving is a real treat!
